The Plans & Entitlements page provides an overview of the organisation’s active device subscriptions, registered devices, and tracking-hour usage.
Please Note: You must have administrator access to view this area. Please contact the account owner or other administrator to amend your access if this is required: Managing Users, Aircraft Visibility & Spidertxt Use in Your Organisation.

Where to Find Plans & Entitlements?
1. Select Admin.
2. Select Organisation.
3. Select Plans & Entitlements.
Registered Devices & Plans in Use
At the top of the page, the system displays a summary of Registered Devices and Plans in Use.
This section explains that subscriptions apply to registered devices and that tracking-hour quotas are pooled by plan.

Registered Devices

These are Spiders that are currently active and registered in your Organisation |

Plans in Use
|
Shows how many active plans your organisation has.
|

Open Billing Profile
|
This takes you to the organisation’s Payment Area, where you can view your payment method and review or update your credit card details, billing email, and billing address. |
Active Device Subscriptions
The Active Device Subscriptions table provides a clear overview of all subscription plans and their usage. The table is organised into five columns: Plan, Registered Devices, Included Usage, Usage / Pool, and Annual Cycle.
Each subscription is shown in a separate row with expandable details, usage indicators, and status labels, allowing users to quickly check device allocations, monitor usage against limits, and view subscription activity at a glance.

Understanding The Usage breakdown Information
If you are on a pooled plan with allotted hours, the Usage Pool for the current billing period or subscription term will show how many hours have been used.
If the indicator is green, your usage is within your plan’s allotted hours. If it is red, you have exceeded your allotted hours and overage charges are being applied.
1. You can expand the plan selection to view Spiders.
2. The individual usage will be displayed for each aircraft.

3. Clicking on the aircraft tail number, will now take you through to the Aircraft & Spiders Management page.
4. End Date vs Annual cycle
Annual Cycle |
Is the Spider’s renewal (or rollover) date.

End Date |
Shows when the Spider was moved to a different plan, so the previous plan is considered 'ended'.

Usage Alerts
The Usage Alerts section on the Plans & Entitlements page shows your organisation’s current alert thresholds and the contacts who receive usage notifications.
The Thresholds area displays:
- Warning - The percentage of total plan usage that triggers an early warning.
- Limit - The percentage of total plan usage that triggers a limit alert.
- On/Off status - Indicates whether each alert is currently active.
Alerts are sent when total plan usage reaches the configured threshold. The Usage Alerts can be tweaked by clicking Edit on this page.

Modules & Add-ons
The Modules & Add-ons page displays the modules available for your account and their current setup.
Access |
Indicates whether a module is included with your core service or available as a trial.

Status |
Shows whether the module is enabled.
|
Eligible Devices |
Devices capable of running this module based on hardware capability.
|

Configured
|
Shows how many eligible devices have been set up. |
|
Billed
|
Shows the number of devices currently being billed. |
A. Select Open Settings to configure a module setup.
B. View Config to review its existing configuration.

Paid modules are billed per eligible device. Device eligibility depends on hardware capabilities.
