How To Create An Organisation

To Create an Organisation that will host your Aircraft, Spiders and Team Members, please follow these instructions.

1. Click Profile Icon.

2. Click My Organisations.

A. Alternatively, you can also, select In the drop down Create New Organisation.

B. Select Create New Organisation from the Organisation selector, this will redirect you to Step 4.

3. Click +Create Organisation.

4. Fill out the Organisation Details. 

5. Click Next.

6. Add the Organisation Name to appear on your Invoice.

7. Add the email addresses that you want to receive the organisation's invoices. The account email you enter does not have to be the same as the email you log on with. This email is for where you would like the monthly invoices to be sent.

8. Add Billing Address. 

9. If you would like to add a Shipping address, check the box and fill it out.

10. Select the Currency you want to be billed in.

11. Click Next.

12. Select a Plan for a New Organisation.

During organisation setup, you must select a default plan for new devices. This plan will automatically apply to devices registered to the organisation. On the Plan step, review the available options and select the plan that best matches your expected monthly usage:

• Sierra - Starter: Designed for organisations with lower usage requirements.

• Tango - Most Common: Includes 600 hours per month and is suitable for typical usage.

• Lima - High Usage: Includes 1,000 hours per month for organisations with greater usage requirements.

• Echo - Enterprise: A custom plan for organisations with agreed pricing or specialised requirements.

The selected plan is highlighted and its selection button is filled. 

Prices shown exclude GST. Overage rates apply when usage exceeds the hours included in your plan.

If you have requested an annual plan or a custom plan which has been discussed with your account manager, Support will be notified to make the changes for you.

13. Click Next. 

14. Choose how you would like to pay.

15. Click Next.

16. Review your Details. 

17. Click Create Organisation.
